Rates and Fees

Robert J. Wilf (Wynnewood)

2026-2027 School Year
Year-Round Option: Tuesday, September 8, 2026 – Friday, August 27, 2027

This option provides uninterrupted care across the full calendar year. For families, it means simpler planning, predictable scheduling, and peace of mind knowing their child’s day-to-day experience remains stable year-round. As an added benefit, enrollment in the year-round option will lock in summer 2026 tuition rates for summer 2027! The year-round option is only offered for 5 full days / week.

School-Year Option: Tuesday, September 8, 2026 – Wednesday, June 16, 2027

Families who choose the school-year program follow the traditional academic calendar. Children enrolled in the school-year option may register separately for the Spring Break program, Pre-Camp, Post-Camp, and Camp Kef if they wish. These programs are offered as space allows, and enrollment is based onavailability.

Both the year-round and school-year preschool programs follow the same school closure calendar. The school is closed for major Jewish holidays, federal holidays, winter break, and scheduled professional development days.

Age Groups for Enrollment as of Sept. 1, 2026

Nursery: Under 12 months
Toddlers: 12 months old by September 1, 2026
Two-Year-Old Class: 2 years old by September 1, 2026
Three-Year-Old Class: 3 years old by September 1, 2026
Pre-K: 4 years old by September 1, 2026
Kindergarten: 5 years old by September 1, 2026

Kindergarten

Depending on enrollment, the class will be structured in one of two ways: either as a full Kindergarten with children who are five years old by September 1, or as a mixed-age Kindergarten/Pre-Kindergarten class that includes older pre-K students with fall birthdays who narrowly miss the kindergarten cutoff. In both models, instruction will be developmentally appropriate, thoughtfully differentiated, and designed to meet children where they are while supporting their continued growth and confidence as learners.

Payments

Payment Schedule

• Year-Round tuition divided into 12 equal payments (Aug–July)
• School-Year tuition divided into 10 equal payments (Aug-May)

Late Payments

If the payment is more than 30 days late, enrollment may be at risk. Staying current ensures uninterrupted care and staffing.

Extended Absences

For planned absences longer than one month, families pay 25% of monthly tuition to hold the child’s spot.

Prorated Tuition for Late Starts

Tuition will be prorated for children beginning mid-year. A non-refundable holding fee of 25% of monthly tuition is required to reserve the spot.

Deposit

To hold a spot, there is a $400 deposit that will be credited to your child’s tuition after you complete the registration. There is a $500 security / processing fee (per family) that will be added to your oldest child’s tuition. If your child is eligible for a 5% sibling discount, it will be credited to your youngest child’s tuition after you complete the registration.

Sibling Discount

5% of tuition will be credited to the younger siblings tuition.

Scholarship Information

While we keep our tuition as low as possible, we recognize that some families may need financial assistance. Scholarships are available for our preschools for the 2026-2027 school year by applying on the FACTS portal. If you have questions about scholarship eligibility, application process, or need assistance email us.

All scholarship applications must be submitted through the FACTS portal. Families complete one application, and if eligible, awards are determined based on the child’s age:
• Children under age 3: Scholarships are awarded directly through the JCC, but the FACTS application is still required.
• Children age 3 and older: Scholarships are awarded through FACTS and the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.
• If additional assistance is needed, the JCC may provide supplemental funds for qualifying families.

Click here for more information about the Foundation for Jewish Day Schools application (for children 3 years old to 6 years old as of December 31 of this calendar year).

Extenuating Circumstances:
Families experiencing unexpected or extenuating circumstances including job loss, medical issues, significant changes in financial situation, or those temporarily living in the U.S. for school or work (such as families on stipends or international assignments) are encouraged to reach out directly to discuss their situation.

Please be assured that all inquired are handled with care and strict confidentiality.
